REVIEW: Lindy Bop May Hibiscus Print Plus Size Dress!

I reviewed the first of my Lindy Bop dresses HERE and I promised you that I would bring one more to you so…here you go! This dress is the May in a gorgeous tropical Hibiscus print. When I saw this on the site I just knew that I had to have it!

I ADORE the print on this! I bought this dress in one size up (just because I like to have the buffer) and to be honest it was the wrong thing to do. This dress is so stretchy, I actually think I could have gone one size DOWN not up! I have been blessed with very big boobs, and even so the top of this dress is too big for me. The size down is out of stock for me, so I’ve decided to keep this and deal with it. Thankfully the material is so thick and luxurious the straps do not fall down. If it were a more flimsy material, I think we would have had an issue!

I teamed this dress with my BRAND NEW Fossil bag that my gorgeous girlfriend bought for me from Las Vegas – I’m sorry I can’t link you to it!

On my lips I’m (of course) wearing my Freedom Makeup Pro Melts Lipgloss! All in all this dress is just so beautiful and I wore it to work with no issues on a very sunny day. The neckline is gorgeous and I love the straps being not too thin but also not too thick. If I were to buy more dresses in this style I would 100% size down!

  1. That dress is gorgeous and you look fabulous in it.
I’m forever either buying my clothes one size up and finding out they’re too big.
I’ve been after a Lindy Bop dress for a while, could never decide what I wanted. Think I have now though. The print is so fun!

    1. Thank you Zara! Lindy Bop can be hit or miss with sizing – luckily they are quite good at putting in the description if they recommend sizing up or down for each one. Can’t wait to see what you choose! xx
