REVIEW – Isolated Heroes Sequin Top – Plus Size!

I have been head over heels in love with Isolated Heroes since I saw Danielle Vanier wearing the mermaid sequin version of THIS VERY TOP and I just knew I had to have one! Isolated Heroes are an independent fashion brand operating out of Dundee in Scotland and I am just in love with their wacky (yes, I said wacky) clothing, textures and fabrics.

When they ran a 30% off code just for us plus size babes, I decided that I didn’t need food for the rest of the month and instead I wanted to look like a sparkly princess goddess woman.

And lo, the sparkle gods did bestow upon me this GORGEOUS PIECE OF GORGEOUSNESS.

I know, I know – I’ve got my tits out, but ignore them for a moment and look at how beautiful this top is! I love the hand stitched silver sequin drops – the fact that it isn’t polished and perfect is what makes me love it even more. I teamed it with some New Look wide fit platform heel sandals (that I can’t walk in). I love the oversized fit to this item as well, meaning I can wear this with my leggings and not worry about my arse hanging out.

I styled this pretty simply, but I’ve also worn this over my ripped skinny jeans since and I love how it looks with those so I might update this with a few more pictures once I have worn it out a bit more! I love the mix of casual and sparkle on this top – as everyone knows, I am a fan of a sequin! The only thing to keep in mind is that each top is MADE TO ORDER, so each one will be unique to you and will be delivered slightly slower than other items, but it is so worth the wait!

In short, I feel like a total space babe. Would you buy this top? Have you seen any of the rest of the Isolated Heroes range? I’d love to hear from you in the comments below!

But for now, I’ll leave you with a few outtakes from my little fashion shoot…get ready for the LOLS…
